The point is that like some Pakistanis are fantasizing here that Arabs will throw out all Indians or cut ties with India because of some Hindutvadis, that is not going to happen. Look at this thread. Here is the problem the actual issue. She praised India her message is that there is good in India that should came forward but here message is morphing into some sort of victory for Modi & RSS.
