Is UAE Funding these projects in Wazirstan?

I don't know if it is full funding or partial, but the reason I opened this thread is that UAE is still doing this after recent spat between UAE and Pakistan on Yemen Issue and India's recent honeymoon with UAE????
Many here thought that Pakistan lost another GCC ally but seems like it's not the case yet...!

UAE has been funding most of the development taking place in areas hit by war on terror from SWAT to North Waziristan they are funding every project

The Shaikha Fatima Hospital is one of nine health projects being implemented by the UAE in Pakistan at a cost of US$126 million.
The Shaikha Fatima bint Mubarak Hospital built at a cost of US$5 million has been inaugurated in the Shulam area of South Waziristan, Pakistan.

The project is in implementation of the directives of The President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, to provide humanitarian and developmental assistance and support the health sector in Pakistan. It was also achieved by the follow-up of Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) of Pakistan General Raheel Sharif inaugurated the hospital, in the presence of Abdullah Khalifa Al Ghafli, Director of UAE Project Assist Pakistan, UAE PAP, members of the UAE PAP management team, a number of senior Pakistan military officers, senior local government officials, tribal leaders, members of the community and hospital staff.

it seems very well equipped hospital. hope govt will depute some quality doctors to help the local population.

Just make sure them arabs arent paying for some thing else along the way...
