Pkk/Ypg and Isis terrorists attacked Turkey from Syria and We lost many citizens
and We never will allow Pkk/Ypg terrorists to create terror cordidor in Syria against Turkey
so We are cleaning our borders from Pkk/Ypg and Isis terrorists ... We have right to do it ( Self-Defense in Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations )

btw not Turkey but the US-Israel backed Pkk/Ypg terrorists occupied 1/3 of Syria to destroy Syrian's territorial integrity

usa is actually getting several birds with one stone. There are news that usa making new military bases in Iraq maybe shifting forces to alqaim region next to albuqamal pass.This would block any arms shipments from Iran to Syria only air cargo route with heavy fighter escort arms can be delivered. How this can be done is difficult they should figure it out someway.

The areas usa leaves will possibly be planned by usa to be handed to Turkey connected with other safe zones in North Syria. Refugees will be settled there for final presidential election to decide Syrias fate. If both Turkey and Syria takes fraud preventive measures in the election that would be a solution.

Usa however wont risk and make sure that election results will be determined beforehand to make sure that Labennon-Iran connection is broken securing israel. If Syrian govt objects election results and claims fraud usa can threaten or strike as well. Putin with previously made agreements with usa would ask or pressure Syrian govt to resign without further issues.

Other solution of Russia-Syria currently pursuing of sdf giving control to Saa is also possible but complicated. If sdf gives all heavy weapons to Saa, denounces pkk and accept refugees back to settle down there maybe which is complicated. It depends on Russias mediation skills between Turkey and Syria and also both of these countries understanding towards each others concerns. As there are risks like conflict between sides which usa would like to exploit in this situation as well.

Turkey has right to be worry about its borders but for me as far as your operations would be conducted in Syrian territories and Syrians would be involved eventually Turkey should coordinate it with Syrian government first for betterment of both nations and second prevent prolonging ongoing war in this country otherwise it could create more & more mess like what's happened in Afghanistan. moreover I think it would save Syrian's territorial integrity and would pave path for a better possible future relations between 2 countries. As you referred to the UN charter the same right is considered for Syrian to defend their lands .. so I think it just a Pandora box.

Iran presence in Iraq and Syria is due to direct request of central governments in Damascus/Baghdad/Arbil and in none of them be it aforementioned ones or Lebanon and Yemen we have not occupied any land or we don't have any boots on the ground (except in Iraq and Syria on invitation of the govs) on the contrary we helped them to liberate their lands from isis/israel or other terrorists groups & we are not presence in Bahrain so how Iran helping countries in this region against terrorists group or invaders would be considered destabilizing the region? and others countries wouldn't? if we would have closed our eyes on isis in Iraq then we had not been destabilizing the region??
