My observation on tech fair: female chinese speakers attract lots audience. Nobody really want to listen to male chinese speakers.

Indian speakers regardless of sex are very focused on things they are talking. They have talent in selling stuffs to people (even things nobody need).

Indians are definitely better sales people.

And most Chinese males are completely lacking in communication skills and charisma. Although many are brilliant in their line of research.

Not true. For a successful sales, the salesperson needs to be mentally close to the potential customers. Brilliant sales people are still confined in their business cultural environment, in which they were raised and educated. Because of that, most brilliant Chinese sales people are in China and areas around it. Indians, on the other hand, were raised and trained in western business culture, which makes them succeed in the west. Not because they are more brilliant than Chinese sales people.

USA has elevated Indians into CEO, finance, software.

Next, they will induct more Indians into big pharma, quantum, superconductivity, graphene....etc. So far many of these frontier research are still having more Chinese than anyone else.

I am interested to see eventually who will prevail in the tech war.

I don't think every Chinese shares your enthusiasm. These people were trained in the west. If they move back to China, they will bring back their education with them, not just the technical knowledge and skills, but also different mentality and cultural expectations. For an open and tolerant society, that would be a boom. For China, I am not sure. Maybe that would stir up so many conflicts that eventually lead to internal political instability. Who know? Just be careful on what you wish for.

I once went to a tech fair in Spain. I attended a key note session. The speaker came from India (well recognized by their accent). The hall is like a giant 4D cinema. Although the stuffs he presented are nothing special, however he did as if when I buy the toys I can do magic things on computer.

My recommendation to our chinese friends: send more attractive female speakers to tech fair.

China has contributed next to nothing to the advancement of modern civilization. Practically every major scientific and technological advancement in the last 200-300 years has come from the US or Western Europe. China steals a quarter to half a trillion dollars in American know how annually. That tells you the true story on where China is relative to the United States and how the CCP views its people. Why is this? Because the American people are ultimately more creative than Chinese, and that’s why the Chinese will lose the long term strategic technological competition. The US has the universities, the talent, the companies, the funding, the advanced science and tech base, and the innovative/creative minds to continue creating world changing revolutionary advancements. The US has a LONG track record of incredible achievements. There’s no reason to assume that will change and it’s foolish to think otherwise.

Chinese Americans have played a major role in the US tech industry and continues to do so. Leading firms like Nvidia, Lam Research, Zoom to Youtube and Yahoo and more have had Chinese American founders. Not to mention Chinese Americans are a big part of the STEM talent pool in Silicon Valley.

The reason why China has lagged behind in the modern era was because they were not industrialized and didn't have the STEM talent pool, capital and market to create an engine of innovation. That has all changed.
