Two soldiers martyred during crossfire with terrorists in Balochistan's Tump

Been saying MRAP isn’t the solution. Border crossing and regional politics. Demote the commander responsible for area.

Supporting BLF and not taking action are 2 different things
Both are shit things to do. They do need to be called out for it i agree. And if they ever act hostile to us.... A nice little excercise on the border should shut them up

Yes

Baluchistan insurgents have moved to Sistan province and our state doesnt even have balls to call Iran out on this issue.

If the Iranians can’t control their border, we need to buy a few hundred old Shilkas (ZSU-23-4) or their equivalents and add modern telescopic Electro-Optical systems on them, and put them along the Iranian border.

Anything crosses that border without the expressed permission of the border guards will have to face them. Move these units to any where miscreants act up along the borders or in KPK or Baluchistan and they will know the PA and FC mean business (for reference look at any videos out of Syria that show what these things can do when they rain anti-aircraft rounds on ground troops that challenge them)

If Iran is not cooperating then it needs to be openly called out for it instead of being called "baradar Islami mulk". That would be the first step in putting pressure on this country for its love for proxies and terrorists
No evidence that Iran is officially sponsoring terrorists against Pakistan, terrorists will use any route where they can so stop inciting. If a Punjabi TTP terrorist commits an act of terrorism you don't accuse the whole of Punjab do you, so why accuse Iran?

The hits by "unknown" gunmen in Iran against Indian trained ultras, how the fck do you think they happen, Iran and Pakistani cooperate in this alot.

That whole region is a terrorist den. There is no proper surveillance over there by both Iran and Pak. It is possible that terrorists use both nations territory to cause chaos. Iran and Pakistan government cooperate in this. There is no conspiracy.

Because Iran is an easy scapegoat for them. They already like to blame Iran for all the problems in the region so why not this as well?

Pakistan gives foreign spies freehand through corrupt people. We need to tighten up on corruption. Terrorists and spies are coming through Dubai, Emirates, Iran, Africa, Europe etc and money is being transferred to them through the Ziono money system. PA army needs to start recruiting Baluch and Afghan fighters to kick out the Indians from Kashmir and stop the oppression of Muslims in India.

What do these checkpoints look like that get attacked? The fortifications need to be built up in restive areas. Does anyone have a picture of where this attack took place?
There is a video going around on reddit combat footage subreddit. I won't post it here for obvious reasons. Not sure if its the same one. The outpost I saw in the video was built with what looked like some sort of bricks. And a boundary wall made of rocks (rocks gathered from nearby?). It was of poor to mediocre build quality. The wall of the outpost began to crumble after taking repetitive hits from RPG. But what was worse was the defensive set-up, it had very poor fighting positions. I believe only a handful of FC guys maybe around 3-5 were in it. And as always they were out of their uniforms and body armour at the time of the attack in the middle of the day. At the start of the attack everyone made it inside safely and tried to get to the one opening in the outpost to fire back, but this hole was targeted by insurgent snipers. I don't think the FC could see anything outside because of the dust that must have been kicked up on the inside after those repetitive hits from RPG. Soon there after 2 FC guys not in uniform jumped out and tried to escape. One of them gets hit, they other made it out. Much later another younger soldier who is in uniform but not armour jumps out of the second storey and tries to hide, he eventually is martyred. The insurgents then move in and loot and burn the post. But what was interesting this time was that, QRF shows up with one armored vehicle (local made APC I believe) while the insurgents were leaving. But it never saw them due to a drop in the terrain and they escaped.

All in all, who ever is in charge of outpost security/training is inept. More work needs to go in to setting up better outposts. In this attack, the outpost was setup at the wrong location and had no defensive sense in its build, had no cover from a second fighting position or outpost, it also was thinly manned, and had no surveillance setup or patrols. That is why it was exploited by an extremely capable and smart enemy.

Exactly, these posts need to be upgraded and reinforced. If some place has to be lightly occupied, leave a ground drone with cameras and a machine gun, don’t leave men in hard to defend under built position.

Even unarmed sensors can be placed in key locations and can catch enemy movements. It’s what is probably still left behind in key locations across Afghanistan. Thousands of these “remote control” points throughout Baluchistan and KPK can really help slow down enemy movement. Technology is available and every solider unnecessarily lost effects morale. Time to out smart the enemy.
