15 yeara..and we have nothing to show

Americans fixed the issue in 2 years..
You have off the shelf options available literally from all the countries..

I understand that enemy will probably adapt and come up with stronger weapons but that still doesn't answer the question

Even srilankans did better 10 years ago

Looks like the desperate last minute attempts from the enemies since Afganistan is about to be lost by them! Once the last active US troops leave, gratitude to President Trump, then the real ops hopefully start! Afganistan should be made Haram for NDS, RAW and their agents....

As for Pak, it's the "opportunity cost"....

Hopefully, Pak uses the like of the following, coupled with cheap micro ammunitions, in abundance:

Different types of Turkish drones : syriancivilwar

First i was given a negative rating for calling waziristanis a burden on this pure land for thier collaboration with Raw, murder of thousands of innocent Pakistanis including APS children, supporting PTM and the ongoing murder of our soldiers, then my post protesting the negative rating was removed lol, how hard some mods try, lol, keep amusing me, ill keep coming back saying the truth.
just for your info.... mastermind of APS attack was UMar mansoor aka "Naray"... he was from TGG (tariq geedar group) of TTP from Khyber agency, later killed in a drone strike in nangarhar. the attacker themselves from diferent places in Pakistan and afghanistan. the head of ttp at that time was mulla fazlullah from Swat. none were from waziristan.

afghans dont have MRAPs they have Humves and few APCs, which are blown to smithereens by even smallest IEDs. as i said 300 or 400 are not enough for a large Army like PA. Finances really are a problem. many dont want to understand this hence the sweaping statements like golf club DHA etc. no one want to do the maths. a single MRAP would cost 1.2 to 1.5 M dollars. to seize all kind of soft vehicle movmnt in troubled areas we would require thousands and thousands of these MRAPs. you think cutting benefits of officers and soldiers can finance that ? No it cant. it ll only lower the morale of troops.
every institution in Pakistan has its perks, judges, beuracrates, Police...all enjoy their housing societies, plots houses etc but only armed forces are singled out for this.
Sir, in genuine honesty, what keeps us from putting falcos out for large convoy security details? Specially when we know that these are restive areas? Drones out of Gwadar, Pasni and Ormara alone can take care of the coastal highway, even if we do not involve Karachi. And this is a known fact.

I can agree with the fact that MRAPs for every single movement may be a deal that's too expensive for an army that's still using old-gen troop carriers for even a war against India. But what stops it from using LOS drones? Just managing basic surveillance is not something that's either out of the ordinary, nor very expensive in the said region - specially when the convoy routes are known.

Only that isn't procured is something that can replace those tin can death traps
Having Pak soldiers repeatedly getting targeted by terrorist attacks, it is quite natural that many PDF members get really concerned about Pak military's strategy for fighting these foreign supported terrorists. Some of these members end up losing their temper probably because they don't know what military is doing about it and why these attacks are being launched again and again. I would request to all that please have a firm trust in the capability of our security forces and institutions rather than getting desperate and blaming our military leadership. That serves no purpose. But rather creats chaos and disunity in ourselves. Please stop being a brainless idiot. The military leadership is more concerned about the wellbeing of our troops than any of these keyboard warriors.

While it is impossible to completely stop these terrorist attacks, we might follow better strategies to minimize their number. Many members are of the opinion that using better transport vehicles (e,g, MRAPs) would make our troops much safer. That might not actually be true. Even if we spend millions on getting MRAPS but then terrorists will start using better devices to blow them out. I think our goal should be to take out the attackers rather than spending our scarce resources on getting MRAPs. With proper use of latest technology (UAVs, sensors, jammers, etc.), why not secure the route before the convoys going through an area? We need to use drones extensively and blow the terrorsists when they plant the IEDs. We need to track/follow those terrorists by uding drones to find out their hide-outs and infrastrure. Eliminating the threat proactively provides the best defense against these terrorist attack.

Point is pretty simple
Pakistan had highest number of IED and suicide blasts in 20 years yet the army neither came up with an indegnious MRAP nor imported one while continuing importing sophisticated weapons

FC has faced 90% of these casualties...
Is FC being ignored as it's a paramilitary force????

IF I say anything else my posts will be marked "inappropriate " so I will let it to the "imagination " of the readers

The way you guys are trying to defend and coverup failures of military generals is embarrassing and shameful. These generals have failed completely to evolve as per the threats that this country is facing. They also failed to show any concern for the soldiers that are dying every now and then. These generals are a failure in every sense but here you think we are giving kneejerk reactions for losing soldiers daily in the same manner after 15 years of war against terror

Except some generals like General Raheel Shareef, General Tariq Khan and General Haroon Aslam most of Pakistani top brass has proven to be completely unable and inept to even defend their own troops let alone this country. General bajwa has not only failed to respond to threats faced by Pakistan but also brought down repute of Pakistan army as an institution but you don't want to accept that. His unnecessary extension has only made Pak army more controversial and has only provided ammo to anti Pakistan forces. This also raises questions on the training and education that has been imparted in Pakistan Military Academy that has given us such military leadership

Wake up. We aren't winning the war. We are losing men continuously for nothing and our only hope right now is that Taliban might be able to get a say in Kabul government that would somehow solve our security issues. This is the only solution that our leadership has right now

You want us to shut our eyes and bury our heads in the sand on the name of unity and patriotism. That is not patriotism. Period
whats wrong with using ifs and buts to correctly analyze something... casualities are not happening in a small region,,,those "2,3" areas are of size of Syria in balochistan and of size of lebonan in waziristan. troops involved are almost a hundread thousand.

Okay now we have another excuse guys. The list of excuses keeps on growing

This time it is area of the said regions. The area is too big so few dozen soldiers dying every month is fine and something acceptable

Today i am working on intelligent app which can detect a football using AI (tensorflow). Even i can make such app which can detect football, why our army can't make android drones which can detect terrorists (Human with gun)?

Ask any mobile manufacturing company working in Pakistan or outside, they will make such drones happily

As per initial reports, we have just lost six soldiers, including Captain Umar, in twin IED blasts in South Waziristan Tribal District. Shaheeds also include two JCOs and two NCOs.
These activities are called sabotage activities. Mainly taught during intelligence and elite trainings.

So it's clear, either USA is doing it, as it is evacuating Bagram air base, or, India is doing it, as to pressurise Pakistan to get some share in Talks with Taliban.

Third party, that I suspect are US contractors, who doesn't have a known base at the moment in the region.

In any case, I think, we already know, what to do...

Let me suggest something:
Kill all US contractors, including those previously served in Pakistani forces and Pakistani intelligence agencies(That might include Zulfi bukhari) .
Blast Bagram including marines.
Kill a high value target in India, may be a Congress leader, and tell India what really a chaos is like.

Kill Nawaz sharif.
