its altitude window and flight duration are good enough to be classified as MALE UAV. The only caveat to this its payload capacity (35-50 kg) even payload is not listed as a primary factor in UAV classification

But you have indigenous ones, so why they should choose a foreign one? Maybe Aselflir is to heavy, but Aselsan have smaller ones, also.
