LEVENT Unmanned Surface Vehicle is a genuine product for remote operation of homeland security applications that require port and critical infrastructure security. Thanks to its modular structure which consists of a wide variety of payloads, LEVENT can be used in various missions such as reconnaissance-surveillance activities, emergency actions and communication transmission purposes. Having autonomous cruising and tele-operation capabilities, LEVENT can safely operate over a speed of 30 knots even beyond line of sight.
LEVENT's modular components are designed to provide smooth integration on the standard boats which are in use.
General Features:
  • Highly Maneuverable RHIB Boat Platform
  • Manned/Unmanned Usage
  • Three modes of operation: on-board, tele-operation and autonomous
  • Transportable or settled operator control unit
  • Smooth data and visual transmission at higher speeds
  • Secure communication link for data and video transmission
  • Mission specific payload options
  • Compatibility to interoperability profiles
  • Minimum 4 hours of operation (when diesel engine is off)

Thats only evaluation of unmanned control and weapon systems on a naval platform , It was trial by aselsan and i am pretty sure the platform wont stay as a RHIB. Once the system gained applicable features we can see it on boats .

Thanks isooo. Unmanned boats, Uavs and land patrol platforms. We anxiously wait good news from Aselsan. I believe all that platforms will be effective in a network and partly equipped with AI.
 
Anyone know happened to our Heron's? Last time we heard news about them was when it was reported that 7 or so were grounded and couldnt fly. Are the issues fixed or will it probably remain this way considering our Not-So-Friendly Relations with Isreal.

Probably grounded. TAI should make maintenace but no News after 2012, also no Infos at TAI
We had a 2-years Lease program for Army Aviation, Police and MIT. King Airs.
