The aerial trails completed successfully, the target radar jammed but the operators couldn't understand it in real trials and TSK and SSM are very happy because of this system and feel confidence to the Electronic Warfare capability of it.

Why don't we use these more? I see stupid videos on YouTube of dumbasses firing at our tanks and launching mortars at our bases. If we had these all over then we could prevent attacks. Military is sleeping!!!

EIRS is an S band radar system aiming to reach 700km range

TEIRS: Transportable variant (4 in order)
SEIRS: Fixed variant (18 to be ordered/ordered)

X band is more for precision rather than stealth!

As much as I know only US's failed sea based x band radar had longer range x band radar which had very narrow field of vision (25°). So if this thing can have 90 to 120° of field of vision, that puts, This radar one of best tracking radar for SAMs (if not best).

Imho Transportable variant can be used in Hisar U/ER Since Thaad's x band radar has 200km+ range.
