The lowering of Pisa ratings, I don't really know how much lower we have gotten and what the true reason behind this trend is without properly analyzing it.
I edited my previous post, there you have it.

Progress of 9 years reversed in 2015.

The reason is pretty clear, Educational system is being used to raise a more religious generation thats not me claiming it, Erdogan himself is saying this.

“Hedefimiz dindar nesil. Geçenlerde milli eğitim bakanımıza da söyledim. Bizim imam hatiplerde projelerimiz var. Doçentler profesörler çıksın, ‘Ben imam hatiplerde yöneticilik yapmaya varım’ desin” ifadelerini kullanan Erdoğan, şöyle devam etti: “İşte reform budur. Ben bu işin başını çekicek profesörlerimizin doçentlerimizin olduğuna inanıyorum.”

This situation makes the schools ideologic breeding ground thats primarily forcussing on goverment parties desires, there is your answer to the drop of the quality of education.

The final version of Turkey’s national school curriculum has left evolution out and added the concept of “jihad” as part of Islamic law in books...

...“In Turkish language classes, when topics on the national struggle led by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk [founder of modern Turkey] are being discussed, July 15 [2016 coup attempt] will also be touched on,”...
No doubt Ataturk is rolling in his grave, is there?

i remember 15 years ago when odtü university was among top 50 universities in the world ranking well now its not even among top 100 and about mosques recently they built a mosques in the center of yunes emre kampus just next to the kyk yurts and every body gets angered cuz in that area there are very little space and in kyk yurts 6 people live in one room ( 3 bed each have 2 level ) and the rooms are so small that 2 people cant walk next to each other let me put it this way u open the door to your room and u see the beds in left and right and very very small space which allow u to walk between there is no desk(nor space ) or any other thing when u enter the room ur bed is your space!! well students were pissed off building an empty mosque just next to kyk while students live in that condition :disagree:

To people crying about this news.

Since Erdogan took over how has the Turkish economy improved?

Last I heard you paid all your loans and debts off becoming debt free and strong and independent and wealthy. I knew people people would come for Turkey after the above feats but it's shameful to see Turks fall for foreign propaganda against their own government and people.

Hes been good for your economy... or have you all decended into caves and up trees like your evolution theory suggests?

1 question

How evolution theory was halting the Turkish Economy?

I saw the edit and had already added it in my post.

That Erdogan quote still doesn't explain the Pisa ratings. Like I said, we got to analyze it further and identify the problem instead of simply assuming a problem. We got to identify the trend behind it and then work on a solution.

Erdogan first said that in 2012, Erdogan transparently states his goals and desires, you clearly don't agree but other people might agree. He is a politician and he states beforehand what he is planning to do. If the people don't like it, they can vote differently. And just because someone is religious doesn't mean they would vote for AKP either. I know plenty of people that are religious but hate AKP, and non-religious but love AKP. It's just up to the individual I guess.

Assuming that religion in the curriculum is a way of ideological manipulation towards the ruling party just shows how polarized we are tbh.
If the leadership of the country would want to ideologically manipulate students into doing their bidding, they could do that with any school-topic they desire. They don't need specifically a Religion class for that. Imagine the North-Korean curriculum, you think they teach religion in there? And yet it's most likely full of ideological manipulations.

Here is an edit from my previous post, in case you missed it but in my opinion:
Educating religion is actually more important than ever. We have got to shield our people against the likes of ISIS. These types of groups deliberately target those that have a low grasp of the religion and disenfranchised people: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...haria-religion-faith-syria-iraq-a7193086.html

Do you mean "took over" as in a year ago or by when Erdo was first elected to national office?

Last I heard you paid all your loans and debts off becoming debt free and strong and independent and wealthy.
Then you heard wrong, I guess:

Completely off topic but, 415.000 Million debt doesn't really mean anything if you don't put it into context, if you would only look at the numbers then Turkey's debt is soaring. But if you also factor in GDP then you get a foreign debt ratio which is the indicator you wanna be looking at.
Turkey has a foreign debt ratio of 47% as of 2017. By comparison Greece has a debt of 245%, and US is 97% ratio. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_external_debt

Another False religion Darwinism

If a theory is proven wrong, then it can no longer remain as a theory.

The fact that it still is a theory proves that it has not been able to be disproven by anyone or anything yet.
