Yes with not US military personnel only with Russian. Ok go and bomb the hell out of them right now at the next day you will lose all the support you will be kicked out from NATO and on top of that the Russians wont do anything in your favor and then good luck. For every move there is consequences and US-NATO and Russia dont care who is the aggressor. Nobody want to work for the good of Turkey. If you want to be out of that war with something then you will obey untill they dont give you chance to act. The men who are responsible for this are ruling Turkey at the moment. Nobody cares how sniper attacks there was and nobody cares if they are shooting with rockets at you. Everybody is against us and no power will stay behind our rights if we do it now. We are not strong enough to take so independent actions against them AT THE MOMENT. If they want US and Russia can unleash their dogs and capture the Euphrates Shield territory and can take you out of the negotiations table. What will you do then? Ask whoever westerner or anybody that is in Russia who attacks who and the answer is "Turkey kills the Kurds" and believe me that if they want there is not power or law on this world to stop them to prove that even with fabricated documents. Even organizations like WikiLeaks are not with you dont you understand? We are alone on this and must wait untill they dont give us chance to act. UN is or NATO are not organizations that are acting independently like many think. Our enemies are waiting for us to make this fatal mistake. I understand you very well I use to think just like you sometimes. I respect you for that. This kind of thinking is the normal military man thinking but the problem at the moment is not military its political. When we come to the military part we know very well without any doubt that the victory will be ours. Why do you think we are sending our military in the region of Shaikh Aqil? On the one side is HTS on the other side is YPG. When we are done with HTS they will give us the chance to teach a lesson to the other terrorist dogs in Afrin. But like I said we must be patient. Inshallah we will play our cards right and everything will be good at the end. Every side wants to secure its national interests just like us so the parts of the cake must be distributed equally.
I agree with u Kartal, timing must be perfect, that time almost there but not quite right yet. Also Iran is not too happy about pyd too. Which gives us extra card on deck.
England not too happy with US selfish geopolitical aporach towards Middle East, that is a extra card on deck too.
My opnion this is the first time i can remember in Middle east US loosing its power/control around region without full German/England’s/ France support. (Israel part of US)
