Turkish Peace Operations in Syria (Operation Olive Branch) Updates & Discussions

Stop spewing obvious lies. In VICE's video there is FOOTAGE of YPG fighters (who proudly claimed to be from YPG while showing their YPG membership cards in front of the cameras) actively fighting WITH LIVE AMMONUTION against police officers IN TURKEY!

DONT WASTE OUR TIME!
Right.

Only Tayyip Erdogan speaks the truth.

When did I even utter his name? I am an Atatürkist, and as such I despise him.

Very cheap tricks you are using, no effect they will have on me.

.
YPG is a Syrian political entity
For instance you are confusing YPG with PYD and it's debatable that how a "political entity" had an armed wing prior to civil war in Syria.

In our times - anybody can pretend to be allied with any network and stage attacks anywhere. This is my point, my friend. Terrorism is not a black and white affair anywhere.

To give you some perspective:

Taliban leader Mullah Mansoor carried a Pakistani passport by the name of Muhammad Wali - this fact came to light after his demise at the hands of Americans. Here is evidence: https://tribune.com.pk/story/110900...mmad-wali-fake-name-genuine-credentials-cnic/

In Pakistan - he was a Pakistani citizen named Muhammad Wali. In reality - he was Mullah Mansoor (successor to Mullah Omar) for Taliban.

People should not be quick to jump to conclusions on the basis of a single footage for matters that are way too complex - fair and balanced investigations are need of the hour. However, regimes are into narrative-building for political pursuits.

I'm not questioning your positive view of the Turkey. However this issue is much more complex and have 30 years of history (if you count the Kurdish rebellions in the history nearly 200 years). This not an issue that you can grasp the whole situation by reading some articles on the net.
Perhaps.

. . . . . . .
YPG threatens our existence. What do you expect?
I am not an agent of YPG.

I have been very respectful and courteous with you guys in this discussion and elsewhere. I expressed my views here with relevant citations and listened to your views patiently. I admitted my figure-related mistake as well.

PKK threatens your existence - YPG by itself does not. Several of your "allies" are not buying your narrative in regards to YPG and they have first-hand experience with YPG in Syria which none of you guys have.

I am nuetral in all this. However, I have come to understand lately that Tayyip Erdogan is not a trustworthy individual.

If I am proven wrong in my stance at some point in the future, I will apologize to all Turkish members here in a separate thread. You have my word.

But spare me labels like retard and such. If you consider Pakistani your brothers - then have faith in your judgement. It should not be pretentious.

We don't have a good opinion for "pretend brothers." This is a Hindu trait.

We have seen statements in which they threaten to attack the regions supported by turkey and we are seeing the usage of child soldiers.

And you could hide behind the fact technically they don't do it, but than you are just a lawyer at that point.

I don't know how it is in Afghanistan and Pakistan with its terror threats, but really don't try to push you moral stance on us if you can stomach the disgusting will of these organisation which are ready go this far and beyond.

Isit so hard to understand that ypg and pkk have the same aims?

. .
We don't consider you as a Pakistani, neither.
Right.

This shows how 'out-of-touch' some of you are with ground realities of the world. Pakistani are a diverse bunch - you don't get to see it all on this forum.

You lot continue to remind that there is no brotherhood between muslims - only pretention.
