Turkish Peace Operations in Syria (Operation Olive Branch) Updates & Discussions

We need like 10 of these firing non stop at them. Forget airstrikes.

Nobody's making any gain. The situation changes every hour. I'm sure FSA is going to recapture lost ground.

How are they going to capture Al-Bab from ISIS? We'll have to deploy some troops in my opinion.

Its pretty obvious that operation cannot achieve its primary aims without Turkish land forces. Those useless militia hasn't got the numbers and will to capture Al-Bab, Manbij, Afrin if they are defended. Especially when both USA and Russia covers Kurds.

If we're gonna put in land forces we're gonna have to negotiate again imo.

Apparently, Ankara halting airstrikes in Syria over the threat made by the Syrian government to "shoot down Turkish jets". Also no airstrikes from TuAF reported for Euphrates Shield for a week.

That's a M60T Sabra :)

update: i've watched the video in the link and saw the Leo's with new camouflage now.

Very interesting, so we're going to use them.
Can you give me please THE video

Thank god! It's great to finally see our tanks with the right camo for the geography they're operating in. The old woodland camo was screaming "Look! I'm here, come blow me up." in the barren southeast/Syrian desert.

Nothing this OP already ended.

it ended when we stopped advancing against YPG in Menbijj.

After that day l was convinced that this OP was not under our control but hey what do u expect from Erdoğan's government.

We were the ones who saved the Kurds in Kobane from ISIS after that event the whole world started supporting them and now here we are.

No other country would have such an absurd foreign policy.
