Well, 3.7 million which are expected to be deported and 1.3 million iraqis,iranis,afghanis,uzbekis,tajikis,pakis,indians,bengalis,magherbis etc.

I was reading about Mr Erbakan recently and one of the first things mentioned about him is his idea that Turkey should turn away from the secular west and get closer to it's Islamic neighbours and the Muslim world.
At the time, I am sure it sounded like a sweeping, romantic notion. And there are people in every country who buy into this.
But today, I am happy that Turkey provides a direct example of the reality. It is clear what "getting closer to Islamic countries" actually means - you will open yourself to every criminal and peasant from the East.
I wonder what AKPeans and similar minded people in other countries think of this idea now.

Both Islamic world and west are nothing but gigantic sh.t hole. We must stay away from 'em.
We have never gotten something good from both sides. We are Turks and must get closer to our blood brothers.
