Yea a lot BDN, BDAF and Army personal have been to turkey (a major trading partner in Europe) lately, the navy send staff to learn from the Turkish navy type 209 subs, SWADS have trained with Turkish SF as does the BD Army commandos.

Turkey is a major economy, whether Europe/Russia likes it or not it's going to keep growing and will play key roles in the region, always good to keep in good term with regional players.
