Is it reasonable to design similar products (unless BOZOK has huge technical advantage), since we already have MAM-X series. Turkey has limited resources.

Good question.
The way I see it, BOZOK was designed specifically from the ground up to be used from UAVs, whereas MAM-X series are reworked missiles where weight reduction and enhancements to glide envelope were made, so as to make them UAV friendly. Not to say MAM-X series are bad bombs, they just aren't optimised for our UAVs (same goes for our UAVs that weren't originally developed to carry weapons, like AKINCI UCAV will be..)

As far as i know MAM-L is a derivative of UMTAS and MAM-C is a derivative of Cirit. They took off their fuel and engine, made some minor alterations.

Bozok is an entirely new developed munition for our UCAVs.
