Could there be such an infamous promotion? Ablution is giving prayer speech. The engineer says do not increase the speed, the minister says I will increase or decrease a little. Also look at the ego that does not like Eskişehir municipality. It is harder to talk to a bureaucrat in this country than to make a rocket engine. That's how the genius engineers are shadowed. It is not difficult to understand why their engineers from Aselsan are going.

I think it is said that the first orders of 100 pieces are about to be given from the engine of the Harop counterpart KARGI Anti Radiation Kamikaze UAV.

Sorry, I have no idea about the English equivalents of Turkish idioms. Therefore, some such things must be allowed in between.

With this newly developed engine, it is now possible to develop new missiles from sea to land and from land to land.

Turkey tests its first medium-range missile engine

ESKISEHIR, Turkey

Turkey on Friday tested successfully its first medium-range-anti-ship missile engine.

The TEI-TJ300 was produced by TUSAS Engine Industries (TEI).

The new engine developed by Turkish engineers is an important step for the country's defense industry, said Technology Minister Mustafa Varank after the test in the central Eskisehir province.

The minister noted that the engine was designed to be used for medium-range-anti-ship missiles, but it can be used in several different platforms.

The 400-horse-power engine can provide a 1,300-newton thrust despite its small size, Varank said.

The test facilities were also domestically produced, he said, adding: "You can make a product, but if a foreign country does not provide testing opportunities, you cannot test the product."

This video states key info about TEI's capabilities. CEO of TEI, Mr. Mahmut Faruk Akşit states GE's T700 engine's Core engine including combustion chamber produced fully locally and Alp aviation is working to get approve on producing Transmission locally.

This shows how far We came our abilities to produce Jet Engines as Whole, Main problem We have left is Designing one for MMU. And We are leapfrogging designing engine as Well. TJ90, KTJ-3200, TS1400 and Now TJ300 all shows this. Congrats to the team which worked on these.

If don't remember wrong that milestone has been crossed 7 years ago By KaleAero's TurboJet engine for Som Cruise missile.


Also when you take consider of TEI TS1400 - 1400shp Turboshaft engine, this new engine is not really a milestone (important non the less.)

You need a ramjet for that. Turbojet can not get to mach 4+.

A mach 2.5+ LRAAM would still be very interesting. Modern MRAAMs tend to go fast only in the initial stage - to about mach 3.5 then it steadily decelerates as it doesn't have the energy. If impact is at 70-80% or above of max range, the missile will be subsonic by the time it hits the target. For very long range, a turbojet may be a solution.

Take into account this is the first TJ300 engine (hence more sensor locations added ports for optimisation and testing).
