It's superb but i have never seen it on any restaurants menu. We have a relative from Kayseri when she visited us a few years ago. She made this and i ate till i got explode. :) My mother got the receipt but couldn't make as good as original. :)

Looks very similar to our cuisine, and you have Karnıyarık too ? wow :D

Wonder if bishme is same as our pishi/bishi , its basically fried dough with salt, check it as "pişi" in google.

Also wonder if its only looks similar or Turkmen boreg is same as Çiğ Börek, that stuff brought to Turkey by Tatars :)

Peppers, spices and god knows what else, I like it eating it at breakfast with bread, I guess its of Caucasian origin, we have a similar stuff called Salça but its mainly for flavouring dishes.

After looking for it for a day, I finally found it. Really delicious. Thank you for introducing it to me.

By the way, is eating with bread actually the correct way of eating it? But I liked it that way. :D

@Targon

That "Dovğa"soup I posted is basically a yoghurt soup, I came across "Toyga" soup from Turkey, I think its the same thing and the name is evidently similar.

My favorite soup by far.
