Aircrafts: Modifications and Softwares, ground control stations are domestic. All those systems will work under the same network centric environment of Turkey so Software developments are vital If you don't want to share all your special informations with foreign experts...

A noob question : Just as there are Ground Based Early Warning systems (e.g, the Australian Jindalee and numerous other Air-Defence Systems in use) with a significant detection range; is there any such equivalent for detecting submarines ? Perhaps an under-water sonar station that detects submarines from hundreds of kilometres afar !

I hope the relationship between Iraq and Turkey recovered soon since we're both Islamic countries plus we have a long time of historical relationship actually many Iraqis have Turkish origin, we can both benefited of better ties, since turkey has some technologies we need we have some money they need, the problem now Mr, Erdogan attitude.

Better ME? Iran and its new "friends" Syria and Iraq want to start a new sect war in Middle East. This three countries plus Israel is the troublemakers in the ME, not my country nor my prime minister. This is why Turkey wants to take over Assad and replace him with a Sunni one. Syria and Iraq are big markets for Turkish economy, we can't and we won't lose them.

why Turkey didn't get P3 for ASW... Norway uses it in the coastlines to detect Nuclear powered Russian subs, Black sea fleet sonsists of Kilo's according to wikipedia.

is there any plan in the future to get P3 with Turkish modifications and software?

i also wonder about the price of this compared to what we use.
