The prolem is that there are many people even today who think they hear god, that doesnt make prophets who lived thousends of years ago more trustworthy.

The Prophets who lived thousands years ago made miracles, with God's will, and the people benefitted from them. The Prophets for thousands of years ago changed chaotic environments to peaceful and places to live in harmony. The Prophets who lived for thousands of years ago tought human beings the most crucial things in life, from business, to family relation. The Prophets who lived in the past, also shows their precense today, and still we can learn alot from them. And they have always been the best examples of how a human being should live from every aspects.

Why should we trust "false prophets" today, when it is even written in the Qur'an that there wont appear any further Prophet after Muhammad (pbuh).
Since you are not Muslim, it is up to you to believe the false ones today, if you think they teach the above mentioned ideals.

Please do tell , how god can have a will if pretext to will is absence? isn't classical god is all knowing all powerful is all and of course have all?
