Once we hold one part of technology in any area, It becomes a must to proceed our advancement until We rule all strategic components. Thanks Allah We get the positive results of our efforts. If you work harder instead of pouring hundreds of billion $ money on US hardware as tribute to make them back up your activities, You can also establish something similar which will be beneficial for your nation. Jealousy doesn't lead you to do collective R&D activities to develop something strategic which is going to serve better for your independence and sovereign.
Besides, Thanks Italy and Berlusconi management for letting us to work over general design of A-129 to develop an attack helicopters under the collaboration. With this way, we have had an attack helicopter whose IP rights belong to us. No need to mention we have also actively marketing Atak all around the World and earning billions of $.
In a short period of time, Turkey will introduce more advanced and heavier (8t) variant of Atak called Atak-2. It will be more expensive for costumers indeed but Atak-II will offer more fire power and armour protection along with most modern electronic warfare sensor and suits to our allies.
