Same goes for EGY... An Intervention will be a financial/man and development burden. That could not only halt current EGY dev but also turn against her if such intervention goes in years...
And EGY can't just go in it because Haftar wish for it... They will need a deal that Haftar himself do not wish to make...
UAE and KSA in a lesser extent can fund such thing... but they are also knee deep into the Yemen war and Iranian issue...

Why don’t Egyptians or others worry about Russia, they are establishing and spreading all across MENA, but they are invited with open arms. Where is the sovereignty?

Sovereignty is a thing that Egyptians cannot be abandoned .... you cannot see Foreign military bases in Egypt .... you cannot see Foreign Air Strikes in Egypt .... just like others .... as this will be considered as an act of war .

As for Russian or NATO or other foreigners Troops..... if you follow the news from 2011 till now ..... in Libya during the times of Supreme Council of Armed Forces ( after the removal of Mubarak) ... Egypt announced that it denies any plan of NATO military Bases in Libya, with regular announced visits of Military Officials to the Libyan Boarders.... some times on the Libyan Side of the boarders.

In Sudan ..... just about 2 years ago .... Turkey announced that they will have military base in the Red Sea island of Suaken ..... Egypt and Saudi Arabia denied that move .... and within only 1 year .... Elbasher Removed from power and the new Sudanese authorities canceled the agreement with Turkey.

Now , president Elsisi announced just a few days ago that Sudan and Libya are a core part of the Egyptian National Security.

But the problem here is exactly that u cant expect the "international community" to do anything. GNA is UN-backed and arab countries are divided and largely teeth-less. The US itself is right now busy pounding hezbollah, India busy with muslims, China too + busy extending its army for the upcoming stand offs with the US. The remaining other ones are the yurops and the russians and i think this analyst is somewhat right in his predictions

But in all cases , there is a clear message from Egypt to the international community, that if There is Turkish Troops in Libya .... Egyptians will send troops as well to protect the entire Barka Region in Eastern Libya to a depth of about 1000 KMs from the boarders and along LY- EGY Boarders of the 1200 KMs.

Ur projecting, if turkey really wants to hurt Egypt (which is a possibility depending on the outcome of Libya and east med) turkey would actively encourage construction companies to Ethiopia to build more dams and there wont be anything u egyptians could do about it

it will be nasty to face Turkey with all these upcoming naval modernization, missile modernization, army modernization in the north, the iranians (since ur so keen to protect the GCC pets) in the east, the distrustful maghreb states in the west and most importantly in the mid term the Ethiopians who see the Renaissance dam as the key pillar to bring their country forward. You shouldn't have tried to lock Turkey in the Mediterranean while Turkey was busy dealing with the US,Iran,Russia and the whole global coalition in Syria and with that conflict nearing its end turkeys hand are also getting more flexible. It would not be improbable to assume that another war of proxies is escalating in Libya. While quite distinct from the Syrian conflict, it needs to be said that the situation bears some resemblance, at least as far as complexity, inter/intra connected interests and general confusion is concerned.

But that is exactly my point you try and prevent Turkey from establishing a base, but at the same time Russia now is camped out all over Syria and they will pretty soon be established in Libya. Why don’t the Arab League protest against that? And at the same time you are happy with Israel, Greece & Cyprus dictating the entire East Med, except for a tiny sliver of coast left for you and Libya.
