Yes but it will be a developed country within the next 10-15 years. Lool at how far Turkey has come since 2000.

I hope you are right yet economic, demographic or whatever other longterm predictions and forecasts should not be taken seriously especially when we don’t even know if we will be alive tomorrow or what will happen in the world and the region next year etc.
All the terror in the last years, the wars and refugees in the Middle east, the coup and political scandals meant that Turkey lost lot’s of money and time that could have helped it’s development. Last 2-3 years were basically lost years for Turkey yet with so many troubles many other countries would have collapsed. The situation in Turkey’s economy in reality is far away from being good.
Let’s hope 2018 will be better after all because 2017 is really not.
