2) Israel and Europeans offered technological transfer as well but Erdogan still chose much less advanced S-400.

Kornet costs like 100 grand a piece and Turkey bought thousands of these for that useless crappy army called NLF National Liberation Forces who can't even take Damascus for Turkey.

Not the same PESA. S-300P from the late 70s had very ugly radar. Starting from S-300PM2 and S-300PM3 (S-400) from the late 90s they have the same radar.
