My numbers might be wrong, but ...
The T-129's development overhead cost Turkey $1.2 billion (link). The overall cost (i.e. including production) for 50 units is $3.2 billion (link). This means the cost of manufacturing is $2 billion for 50 T-129s - i.e. $40 million a unit - and the total cost (i.e. development plus production) is $64 million per T-129.
If Pakistan were to join with 40 helicopters, it would thin the $1.2 billion overhead from $24 million to $13.3 million per T-129. This would result in a unit cost of $53 million per T-129.
That is basically the same approximate unit cost of the AH-1Z. The U.S. cleared 15 AH-1Z with 1,000 AGM-114Rs for $952 million (link). The UK bought 1,000 AGM-114Rs for $150 million (link) - so that is $802 m for 15 helicopters, i.e. $53.4 m.
Note: for simplicity's sake, I assumed that the T-129's unit cost includes the after-sale support/maintenance for 5+ years, like it does for the AH-1Z. In other words, upfront acquisition costs will be 50-65% of the total unit cost - the rest is maintenance. The Pakistan Army will need to budget $1.4 billion for its induction period - e.g. $140 m a year for 10 years, $280 m for 5 years, etc.
