a couple of Rafale won’t pose any threat to Turkiye whenever necessary we’ll take them out either in the sky using S-400 or destroy them on ground with pre emptive strikes using cruise missiles or something we have a 1000 different options to choose from when we wish to do it.

Btw Turkiye should order another two batches of S-400 and also start negatiation for S-500. It will be a nice addition next to Siper and anti balistic missiles defence programme.

if USA doesnt sell F-35 and F-16V to Turkiye , then Turkiye will buy Eurofighter from Europe

if Europe say NO Fighter Jet to Turkiye , then Russian SU-35 is the last option


Turkish Air Force could easily adapt itself to Eurofighters to compare with a non-Nato system like Russian SU-35

Even in this economic situation and with our target to come back to having 3 % of GDP budget deficit starting in 2023 (which is stated in law), after being forced to have more than 3 % of GDP budget deficit due to Covid 19 pandemic in 2020-2021, Prabowo wants to increase 50 % of our defense budget.

Turkey should be content with current F 16 squadrons. If something happen that could possibly delay TFX program, then Turkey should see KF21 as the good option for their future fighters (in assumption KF21/IFX program is successful and can reach mass production stage in 2026 as plan).
