What's new

Turkey Contained ?

First he rejected due the criticism, then he said he's not says he's Mahdi but he have the every feature a possible Mahdi would have so he can be Mahdi.

I'm pretty much informed about his books, evolution, communism, atheism, miracles and other popular s.it to get attention of islamists.

I see. So you now accept that he "rejected claiming Mahdi". But you speculate (or suspect) that he "has every feature of mahdi" and only rejected supposedly due to "fear of criticism" ?

For the 3rd time, follow this Quranic verse before pointing your finger at others:

O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, in deeds some suspicions are sins. And spy not neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting). And fear God, verily, God is the one who accepts repentance, Most Merciful. (49: 12)

. .
As I say, my criteria of choosing someone as a role model is whether he follows Quran or not. The points you raised: Music - NO verse in Quran saying its forbidden. Dressing - Fully compliant with the dress code instructed in the Quran in that situation (modest clothing, cover sexual organs). If any of these were in violation of Quran I would have rejected him as my role model.

I like his books. I have a collection of his books in my home. His book "Some secrets of the Quran" influenced me positively around 5 years ago. Have you read his books? Have you watched his documentaries? If you were not clouded by the backbiting so-called scholars who badmouth him, you would see him for the person he really is.

Harun yahya completely denied being the Mahdi before. Please do not put baseless accusations on him without ample research, remembering this verse. Verse which the Mullah in the above video you posted does not seem to know:

O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, in deeds some suspicions are sins. And spy not neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting). And fear God, verily, God is the one who accepts repentance, Most Merciful. (49: 12)

This is what Harun yahya has to say about handling those who slander him. Fully compliant with how the Quran says you should handle such situation:

Brother I was very surprised even after all those people who replied and showed you utterly shameful videos of Adnan Oktar, that you still insist in believing "there is completely nothing wrong" is quite amusing. It might be due to the language, since you can't understand him. But in all of his programs he is taking new girls in his studio, and asks them each time: "Do you love me?" to every single girl inside the show, one after another they reply "yes", and then he asks "how much do you love me?", and some of them answer "more than my own life". And then he prepares the disco music, with high volume, and dances to that alongside the girls. It's quite blasphemous telling me this man is on the right path, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the girls dress? Many of them don't even wear Hijab.

About the music, I am listening to music myself. But this doesn't make music Halal to me, I have accepted that most probably music is not Halal, I don't do any denial. But since I am a weak Muslim or weaker Muslim, I listen to it.

In the Qur'an it says: And of mankind he who purchases idle talks to mislead (people) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah) by way of mockery, For such there will be a humiliating torment." [31:6].

And: Al-Wahidi (RadiyAllahu`anhuma), along with other scholars of Tafsir (explaining the Qur'an), said that "Idle Talk" in this Ayah is singing. The following companions gave this Tafsir: Ibn Abbas, Ibn Masud, Mujahid and Ikrimah (RadiyAllahu`anhum). Ibn Masud (RadiyAllahu`anhu) said, "By Allah, whom there is no God except Him, idle talk is singing."

Very important Hadith about music: "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection." [Al-Bukhari Volume 7, Book 69, Number 494v].

Edited a typo: "my" instead of "more" i.e "more than my own life"

Yes please stop posting the same verse I get it :D

No you don't get that verse of the Quran. Otherwise, you won't be posting excerpts of his videos which are specifically intended on defaming and maligning him. Your intention is clearly to backbite Harun Yahya and your arguments are based on suspicions on him. First you bought that music and "chick" video. Then when I said there is no verse in the Quran prohibiting them, you said "he looks stupid and clown". Who are you to declare him Stupid? Then you bought a Mullah's video whom I proved does not follow the Quranic verse and engages in backbiting and slandering. Then you came up with the suspicion that "he claims to be mahdi", when actually, he denied completely being the Mahdi.

Again, this verse from God is for your kind:

O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, in deeds some suspicions are sins. And spy not neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting). And fear God, verily, God is the one who accepts repentance, Most Merciful. (49: 12)

I'm off this argument.

.
Specifically intended ? what can we do if the whole program is like this ?

No I get it, although its not mean I have to obey it, you don't even know my religion.

And of the people is he who buys the amusement of speech to mislead [others] from the way of Allah without knowledge and who takes it in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment. 31:6 (Sahih international translation)

“And We have indeed made the Qur’an easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? (Qur’an 54:17)

There is no need to interpret "idle talk" or "amusement of speech" as "Music". Quran is easy to understand, not any Shakespearean poem which we need to conduct deep research to understand. In this case, if you look at the verse closely, buying "Amusement of speech" most probably refers to joke/sarcasm or something which makes mockery of Allah to mislead people who do not have knowledge. There is no reference whatsoever on Music. If a joke/sarcasm) makes "Mockery of God" AND is intended to mislead people who do not have knowledge, then it will be forbidden. Otherwise, not. No need to declare all Music as Haram. If God intended to say Music, he would have clearly said "music", not "amusement of speech", "mockery of god", or "idle talk"

There are too many people who don't see the man for what he really is. What surprises me is they are all Turkish. I am not his advocate here, so this would be my last post regarding this issue.

We see the fakeness of him because we speak Turkish. So interpretations of the Qur'an are all wrong? And we should just read the Qur'an as it is. There is a therminology in reading Qur'an and Hadith.

I don't believe Adnan Oktar wrote those books, and neither do I believe that he made the documentaries. I don't know what's going on with his organisations who is behind the scene, but Adnan Oktar is a big joke.

You have no idea how surprised I am to see all Turkish members make fun of him. I always thought it is only people from outside who mock and slander him. Turkey is blessed to have a knowledgeable scholar like him!

Brother it seems we will never agree on this. We had our fair share of discussion. My thoughts to me, yours to you.

Yes agree 100%. There's several hadith out there mention music as being haram

I am just wondering, is their anything in the world or history of the species hasn't been discussed here yet?

No no, we still haven't discussed food yet :D

If he starts to divert from the Quran, I will consider not following him.

Yes agree 100%. There's several hadith out there mention music as being haram

There are also several hadith which says our prophet tolerated and encouraged music. :enjoy:

All essentials from our God are included in our sole guidance, The Holy Quran.

Adnan Oktar's live conversation with Freemason leaders from around the world

What's the fault with that? Harun Yahya is discouraging them from Atheist freemasonry and inviting them to the path of God (btw, believing in one, true God is a part of Freemasonry). I am also a Freemason myself since a couple of years. I'm a member of 3 lodges. Doesn't make me any non-believer does it?
