Ask yourself why this is happening?.This is all the result of American invasion of Afghanistan and iraq, and Pakistani invasion of FATA on behalf of America..is this jihad? Certainly not. what I understand is this isn't a random angry mullah attack...

First of all, my deep condolences with the families of the victims of this cowardly act.Secondly, whats more worrisome is that TTP has been able to create sub-groups. And the areas where Sunni-Shia conflict is intense, these sub groups can be easily formed. So we are no longer just fighting TTP, we are also fighting small and unheard clusters alongwith the big fishes. This makes the job of security agencies much more challenging.

Its rather inevitable since US army used AQ,Talibans against Russian invasion (which was obviousy not planned by Pakistan).However, what differentiates US and Pakistan policymaking during afghan war was that US never made any emotional or ideological attachment with them. US used them like a diaper and threw them away after the war. Pakistan should have done the same, let them settle their own scores but the concept of jihad and brotherhood grabbed ideological roots in our militarymen which resulted in the conflict we face today.
