Looks like Imran Khan is parroting the statements of some retired officials. If I were in his shoes, I would have sought a comprehensive report on the subject and studied it before issuing statements on the matter.

After first war we ( Zia ) succeed to established a pro Pakistan government every thing was good till 9/11. The American invasion on Iraq with false reports than attack on Afghanistan their aims their intentions were not top secrets.
