Maybe not. Ilhan Omar is reintroducing impeachment charges, and there is talk among moderate republicans to urge Mike Pence to enact the 25th amendment to remove Trump from office.

I doubt that'll happen, but the last few years have been full of surprises, so I won't rule it out completely.

Let’s Hope. The ball is in Republican’s court. Do they allow this, and wait the two weeks, or do they take a stand.

Today has really hurt America’s standing in the world, and if Republicans act, they can salvage some of America’s reputation and dignity back.

Trump needs to be impeached and convicted for what has happened today and his attempt to undermine democracy with that call to the Georgia official in charge of their election a few days ago.

He'd look like a traitor to the cause and the party as well as the president who chose him to be VP and it would be a political career killer. But there are a lot of clammerings going on about the 25th amendment and it's just an indication of how crazy this son of a bitch is and is becoming. Someone told CNN that he's been totally obsessed about the loss and is consumed by it 24/7. He does absolutely nothing related to government work and all he does is watch TV, the news and talks about how he's been cheated and how to get the presidency back and that's it. He still has a couple of weeks of lunacy left that we all have to deal with and then it's boot in the *** and out the door whether he or any of these morons that embarrassed themselves today can do about it.

This has already happened, although not officially stated. Approval for DOD to send in the national guard was given by (President) Pence....not Trump. Trumps twitter account has been suspended and he will no longer be giving any public statements. He is under house arrest until he gets his head straight. At least for tonight.... 25th amendment has already been used. Lets see what the official word is tomorrow. He may be impeached.

I say call the 25th. With Trump, Pence's reputation would -- not could -- be enhanced in the long term as the first VP to put the country before the president. Pence already defied Trump when Pence said he would not overturn the election result. There is now unconfirmed reportage that the entire Cabinet is considering the 25th.
