Featured Trump supporters have breached the Capitol building, tearing down 4 layers of security fencing

Perceived flaws in security procedures does not equal fraud.
No, it does not. Not requiring an ID relies on the honesty of the individual voters and for the large part, we exercise faith that most people will be honest. But the point still remains that why was an ID required in the first place? Because we want to reduce the odds of frauds.

An ID is a testament of existence by the government and have been in many forms since humankind began to establish communities, so we are looking at tattoos, unique jewelries, or papers, as we progresses. Anthropologically speaking, the more sophisticated a society, the more important it become that the individual prove his membership in that society, simply put, sophisticated societies are wealthy societies, and restrictions have always been in place to prevent partake of national wealth and privileges. A proof of existence bypasses those restrictions.

As far as the historical baggage of American voter suppression goes, it no longer matters. Asking for an ID is not suppression. Requiring you to have a job, or have a Bachelor's degree, or own a car, or be white, those would be suppression.

What would it take for a stranger to partake of your family's wealth and privileges, such as sitting down at the dinner table? How about becoming a beloved friend? Or even better -- marriage? A friendship and a marriage are statuses that bypasses the front door which is a restriction to the dinner table. So if you approve of such restrictions to your home, why would you support the removal of qualifications to vote?

Valid points, all of which have a defined due process for evaluation, that, as I mentioned, is completed by duly appointed election officials in each and every state with input from all parties involved. The time to raise objections and refine the elections by said due process is before the elections, not afterwards when one does not agree with the results.

Russian, Iranian, and Chinese influence actors have seized the opportunity to amplify narratives in furtherance of their policy interest amid the presidential transition.
Is what they say "Two can play the game" US has a history of meddling in other countries affairs, toppling governments, assassinating head of states. Maybe and just maybe this would turn out to be a wakeup call but i doubt it since Sleepy Joe is only a figure head, wonder which new war is coming next?

As much as my distaste for Trump,

as far as we are concerned he has been america's best president. He is the only president that has furiously resisted any new wars...

a good thing.

I look at the COVID-19 death numbers every day and compare it to populous China and SK and Japan and ask myself why not US?

The difference is huge HUGE. It was WWII death toll. Half a million and still coming.

Trump first denied, then politicized medicine and masks, then blamed China, then gave ideas to researchers. Chlorox!!
Then he said he was joking.

A blatant liar, bad liar, selfish, son of a bitc*.

He said I am a builder. He almost confederated a union and destroyed it very well.

I'm pretty sure that they had to fumigate the Whitehouse and Oval Office and all the common areas since there was never a mandated mask rule under the previous administration and so who knows how much of the virus is just floating in the air in those buildings. Also indicative by all the people who were getting sick left and right in there, ooof!

Then it wasn't much of a surprise to the Biden team when they took over after the inauguration and discovered that there wasn't any national Covid plan laid out by the previous administration. That’s how unorganized and uncaring and incapable and lousy that previous administration was.

Nice to see Biden and his staff very well prepared as they took over considering the previous administration didn't allow them to get a head start or allow them to participate in intel briefings etc.

And to think the entire 100% was duped by the biggest conman in US political history is laughable as much as it is frightening that so many people could be that gullible, plain old stupid and ignorant or just don't give a damn because they hate the other side with a passion and just blindly support this extremist right wing ideology at any cost and no matter how ridiculous it is.

I predicted this outcome years before the election on this forum. Hardly anyone took it serious. The very same people participating in this thread used to term it as normal. Just two political parties competing for political mileage LOL We saw what unfolded before our eyes.

America is badly divided. This was always the case. A country that interferes in the internal affairs of other nations is today getting a good taste of its own medicine. Longing for regime changes in sovereign lands. What a humiliation. What a demise.
