in pakistan only punishments were announced for those who do triple talaq but didnt outright banned it because whether triple talaq is banned or not,in the eyes of islam once a husband gives the triple talaq to his wife,they cease to be husband and wife
so if in this case the court orders a couple to stay with each other in spite of it,it would be zina or in other words adultery.
and those muslims if they want to remain pious and true to Allah's commandments will have to reject it even at the cost of their life as otherwise a zani will remain in hellfire for all of eternity.

from the Quran

“And those who invoke not any other ilaah (god) along with Allaah, nor kill such person as Allaah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse __ and whoever does this shall receive the punishment.

69. The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace;

70. Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds”

[al-Furqaan 25:68-70].

So zina (fornication, adultery) is mentioned alongside shirk and murder, and the recompense for that is eternity in Hell with a doubled torment and disgrace, if the individual who deserves that has not escaped it by means of repenting, believing and doing righteous deeds.

No what will happen is if the man after giving Triple Talaq thinks he can abandon his wife then he can be tried under Domestic Violence act and can be mad to pay fine and jailed for years

If you dont like your wife there are legal ways to get a divorce. You can approach a court or even use other islamic ways for divorce. Only instant Triple Talaq is banned. Divorce is not banned.

If you give proper divorce you have to give proper alimony

oh no thats perfectly fine,he should get a very lengthy jail term,but the only thing that islamically is not allowed is a couple staying together after the triple talaq has been done.
we got the same thing here,the man gets jailed for triple talaq so that part is fine

if they are so conversant with shariah why didnt these women reject triple talakh clause before nikah. instead forcing the men to commit zena, dont they know its gunah e khabira??

Your saying these fancy Arabic words does not change the reality that in India Constitution is above religion. We wont let a man divorce his wife just by saying 3 words or by sending a whatsapp message.

When will the seculars understand the below 2 facts -

1. Constitution above any religious book.
2. India above any religion.

Once they get these two facts in their thick skulls, they will understand why people are fed up with them.

Muslim women seem to like the verdict. Though I am sad that it took so long to do this, glad that finally Muslim women get a taste of civilized treatment in this respect. If Sharia says just saying 3 words, unilaterally, should end a marriage then it is not a good system to follow.
