KARACHI: Former ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s medical condition is said to be in a complex state that requires advanced units of cardiology capable of catering to his medical needs, revealed sources on Saturday.

According to the sources , the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader is in need of cutaneous and surgical revascularization which would be possible through an advanced unit.

Moreover, it was revealed that Sharif would also be requiring an opinion from an electrophysiology, keeping in mind his earlier atrial fibrillation catheter ablation.

It was further revealed by sources that Sharif’s medical reports are suggesting that he is suffering from moderate coronary artery disease which could result in a cardiac arrest as the inadequate blood supply restricts parts of the heart in receiving sufficient oxygen.

Moreover, he is also said to be suffering from unstable angina which could lead to a severe heart attack given he is not provided immediate medical attention.

According to the sources, the former premier would be better suited to receive medical treatment in the United Kingdom, taking into consideration that Pakistan is lacking the proper advanced unit of cardiology that is presently required by Sharif under his present complex state of health.

1) wait isnt there a NS hospital somewhere in Punjab? How come the STATE OF THE ART hospital as it was described when he opened it....has no treatment for him?
2) Why the 3x heavy (pun intended) champ PM couldnt even bother modernizing our healthcare for complex diseases? If he had thought of something more than the roads maybe he wouldnt be in such a state! I think noon supporters were claiming he did ALOT in medical advancements...where are they when you need them?
3) HALF of his ailments are due to his disgusting diet...brought onto himself by none other than himself! So pay your own treatment even if you need to build a hospital overnight!

1. With only 6 months in the Govt he has already beaten NS. If he hides behind the excuse that this is what he inherited from NS. Than NS would just to use similar excuse of having inherited economic woes from PPP Govt.

2. But the difference is that NS left with 3 times more reserves than what he inherited from PPP.

3. NS left with the lowest interest rate. Reducing the cost of doing business and thereby making new investment viable.

4. NS doubled the collection from 1800 to 3600 billion rupees.

5. This countries economic growth which has been stuck in the range of 2 to 3 hit 5.8 the highest in 10 years.

6. You didn't mention the 10000 mv additional power generation projected NS installed without which industrialization could not have been considered.

7. The credit of bringing peace to the city of Karachi goes to his credit.

Nawaz Sharif has developed "Bawaseer-e-dandaan" or "Dental Haemorrhoids" - a unique disease which only appears when you are finding excuses to sabotage judicial system.
