Can treason case be submitted against Imran? He has publicly called for civil disobedience, which many political analyst say is more anti state than anti gov't.

Does supreme court directly take the treason case or one has to go to high court first?

Yes, absolutely. Anyone threatening the government, its institutions or the constitution comes under Treason most of the countries. Threatening to kill others, destroy government facilities such as the PM house or the Parliament comes under terrorism. Only in Pakistan you can do all the above for your personal ego, risk thousands of innocent lives and STILL be called a "leader".

It has everything to do with me to every citizen of the world and anyone who has a dime invested into your economy. Ferguson riots should tell you that if your Taliban Khan like the rest of his cousin Talibans tries to hijack a democratic system of 200 MILLION people with ONLY 30K characters tomorrow, they should get a boot up their as* with tear gas and life in jail for breaking the constitution that he took an oath on.
This guy should've been in jail already. Tomorrow won't be too late either. Mullah Greedy needs to be extradited to Canada where they should request a VIP cell in Gitmo for him. These mullah's and fanatics do NOT need to run a country like Pakistan through violence and force. Shame on people like you who support the violence and agenda for one person's personal greed and lack of any judgment. Keep him at the stage for a few days and don't let him go home where he gets drunk and comes back to make statements. In a couple of days, the alcohol would wash out and he'll tell you the real story starting with an apology to his nation. In simpler words of civil disobedience: Imran has told the entire world and specially the foreign lenders aka (IMF, World Bank and Asian Development Bank) that any loans incurred by the Sharif regime would not be enforceable on the future governments of Pakistan. To make it abundantly clear to our intellectual elite, Imran is telling the foreign lenders that if he ever came to power, he wont pay back the loans that the Sharif regime would borrow. This means that the foreign lenders has only one option left before them and that is to decline all future loans to the Sharif regime. Since, the Sharif regime relies heavily on foreign lending to finance its budget, the move would cripple the government and will bring it down to its knees without any bloodletting on the streets.

CALLING OF ANARCHY AND DESTRUCTION OF CIVIL AND GOVT PROPERTY WILL DEFINITELY REGISTER A CASE AGAINST PTI.

Meh, I don't care about citizenship. I use Canadian passport when I fly around. No stopping anywhere because of my color or religion. it is only Pakistani passport that carries it's touch. You people have ruined image of Pakistan. So many Pakistanis carrying drugs and smuggling. Even recently, the crew of PIA has been caught smuggling expensive goods, flying drunk, smuggling drugs. So it's not color or religion many Pakistanis choose an excuse, it's the acts together as nation.

Pakistan is our nation, but Pakistanis like you, have collectively destroyed it. Most sane minded have fled and many still wish to leave Pakistan and find a better future elsewhere. A place where 1% of population doesn't hit road and blackmail gov't.

Lastly, we expatriats are more Pakistan loving than Pakistanis themselves. At least we push our respective gov't to take action. Just because we live abroad doesn't make us less pakistanis than you.

If given a choice, over half of Pakistanis will leave Pakistan. They'll be connected to it, but who doesn't want to live in country with freedom of speech, religion, no load shedding, justice, gov't income support, child support, medical care and list goes on and on. Ans it is us, @orangzaib and alike, who pay due taxes, seek work or education and improve our country instead of breaking it apart just because a few thousands really wish to see a guy becoming PM.

I wish they stole mandate in KPK too. Shouldn't have allowed pti to form gov't there, as people of kpk are suffering. Tens are dead in kpk and hundreds injured, while immi and his members are sitting in Islamabad.

So according to you, Taliban are bad because they kill people and killing people is wrong, but Imran Khan is bad because he didn't want to kill people.
One American is killed by the police and hundreds riot. Imagine if that was 14 people murdered by the police, Americans would go batshit insane.

PML (N) won the last elections. Let them govern and wait for next elections. Then vote them out. No damage done to the country and economy.

The route taken by IK is setting a very dangerous trend which ultimately might lead to his own downfall in the future if he ever becomes PM.

Nu-uh. Totally wrong with your starting point. It's true that US invests, just as in Israel or now India. But Pakistan is who made wrong use of funds. We still funded Taliban after 9/11. We tried to fund taliban and install our puppet gov't in Afghanistan, which US wouldn't agree to. We recently and perhaps still support few other terror groups. We still have Hafeez saeed, punjab taliban and a few other 'friendly' taliban under our belts.

That is what has killed us. We allow extremism to exist, thinking it'll help us in proxy war, but it backfired. Don't hold US responsible.
