Imran Niazi's witnesses in the Toshakhana case were declared irrelevant, the request to produce four witnesses was rejected.
The court called for final arguments yesterday.

Serving Govt. officials, Sarkari witness cannot be called by IK, he can only be called by the court.

Only private witness names can be given by the IK.

And with SC clearing it that Trial court cannot give any indictment before the SC Isb. hearing of IK 3-4 pending cases and that trial should be stopped as this was beyond the jurisdiction and that Humayun Dilawar was partisan and biased as claimed by the IK lawyers.

So the Trial court is practically stopped from giving a judgement by the SC.

And if the Isb CJ, again a prejudiced person, doesn't give relief to IK, he can go to SC. after the Isb HC verdict.

No it is not that, instead SC directed IHC to wrap-up the matter at earliest.

If convicted, he will be arrested from there and will have to serve the sentence in Adiala Jail.
The appeal will go to the Islamabad High Court. There is a possibility of bail in one month, but the disqualification will remain until the appeal is approved and the sentence is annulled, which may take at least two and a half years.

Key point to note is the FIA is NOT saying the defamatory posts by Dakoo Dilawar were fake, and also confirming that the account in question is his.

Moreover, as IK's legal team are stating:

Thousands of social media users, including senior journalists, viewed posts on the account and took screenshots and screen recordings.
Senior journalist Saqib Bashir, president of High Court Reporters Association, also saw these posts on the judge's account and tweeted about it.

Therefore, there is documentary video evidence and witness statements that prove beyond doubt that these posts were in his Facebook account - and therefore he's a biased Establishment tout as we all know.

But a fixed match is a fixed match, and there will be no justice delivered.
