I think there is no bar to be a serving PM. I believe ex-PM's and ministers can also get things from Toshakhana. But let me double check this too.

The PS to PM, staff officers, ADC's, Brig Waseem etc are there too.

Then one country even gave gifts to the security officers, protocol officers, constables, gunmen as well. Wonder who that was? Must appreciate though.

Exactly, you can tell what sort of person a man is by how often he visits his kids. NS is spending long time with his kids, used to visit his kids and take them out shopping at Harrods and spend quality family time. How can we trust IK who has never done this for his own kids? Or gifted them anything from Tosha Khana?

I work for a powerful institution in the UK, we can not keep anything beyond £30, from employees who might sweep the halls to the people at the top leading it. Many cooperates do exactly the same, you cant keep any gifts over a certain range. Normally if its a public institution the public gets the value from any gifts.

This Toshakhana thing needs to end, no one should be allowed to keep any gift full stop, full proceeds should go to the public/tax payers benefit.
