It is sad to see indians crying (hallowing like little puppies actually) in this thread.
U.S armed forces museum is just non-experienced, dumb, non-Professional, regular civilian liberals who put SSG in top ten without any consideration.
While indians on this thread are professional, military-experienced, very-well read in military affairs, with real life combat experience who run different military related organizations. So they must be trusted over U.S armed forces museum
Simple fact is this:
SSG has way more combat experience than any other force out there in our vicinity. SSG fought toughest wars against toughest opponents in toughest terrains and won.
SSG faced Russian Spetnaz in the rigged and hell-like territory of Afghanistan on regular basis. Achieved great victories against them as well as suffered loses on other occasions. Can ANY other SF in our neighborhood show this kind of combat experience?
SSG took part in countless counter-terrorist Ops against THE most experienced/feared insurgents in 21st century (Taliban/Al Qaeda insurgency in the mountainous border regions of Afghan-Pakistan filled with booby traps, cave networks, and hostile territory/geography to military movement).
SSG took part in several anti-airplace hijacking missions, hostage rescue missions and so on.
Over-whelming majority of SSG operations were successes. Some were failures. Just like every other SF out there. But all this makes SSG the most combat-experienced Special Force in our entire region.
And that is exactly why you see them represented in top ten special forces by
U.S armed forces museum
While butthurt losers here can continue to cry like little b!tches
