ok pu ram, gandhi whoever u like.i dint stop you!!
n u said the word dicovered..thats what i corrected...then u must also be knowing the trails of tears n what atrocities whites did to natives...they learnt from them n in the end deprived them of their own rights....
abbe stoped US from breaking then those who won freedom deserve a better position!
n i pity my ignorance........as knowledge increase wonder deapens but will definitely find about che...thnx for advice!
The list is about the most influential people in Humanity's history. Lets save the discussion of the atrocities on the Native Americans for another thread, shall we?
IMHO, the advice given to Arjun by Krishna on the battlefield became what is now known as the Bhagvad Gita - a book that changed the lives of millions. Now if that isnt humanity influencing event, then what is?
Also Che- a solitary charismatic figure whose ideals sparked many revolutions around the world and considered the epitome of rebellion against unjust policies- is not included in the list.
There are many individuals on the list who quote Gandhi as an inspiration. Interesting that Gandhi isnt included in the list, isnt it?
You should watch the "Motorcycle Diaries" to understand how an Argentinian doctor, Dr. Ernesto Guevera, from an affluent family became Che!
The Indian in me argues for Gandhi and Krishna, while there are many that influenced the course of history and humanity that are not included in the list.
