Dear there are some issues directly related to lack of education and mind. At least now we have a monitoring system to make our city safe.

Every Policeman also needs to be equipped with better weapons and Optics and bullet proof vest and other gear. Forensic labs should be opened in ever major city of Punjab.

Wat i want to say is we really need to get rid of this you can say mafia aka punjab police we need to build new training centers call instructors/advisers from Europe bring in new young fit and fine people bring our police to the standard of European police than they can do all of this as i said drame baazi

No need to induct outsiders. We can induct ex Army officers and increase budget for police force

KPK had same situation until Imran Government came and he made honest Guy IG and gave him freedom to work. KPK Police is now becoming one of these best. If they had more budget they would have totally reformed Police by now. Punjab Police only need honest leader and freedom to work.

No need to induct outsiders. We can induct ex Army officers and increase budget for police force

There's no harm in hiring someone from Europe i am saying this because they've the best police forces in the world imo just look at the British, Norwegian or German police for example and increase budget only after hiring the new guys who are educated and gone through proper training etc etc otherwise that money will go down the drain.

KPK Police is already doing great job. The most improvement has been seen in KPK Police. Forensic Labs and Cameras installation and Crime Scene Photography and every other stuff is coming.

The whole police force needs to be re retrained and let go , new hiring has to be done with new Moral training

Specially in Sindh/Punjab

Control of politician on police has to be cancelled , they should report to head office in Islamabad under Supreme court judges, for high end cases involving politicians / any military personnel

Military police would take over cases involving military

That is also true so there's nothing we can do to get rid of punjab police because Punjab is still gonna be under PMLN rule for the next 5-10 years no matter what. imo
