I feel like we will end up in stalemate with UN/diplomatic zameer ajagar strategy. We need to take initiative and I thought I should share what can be some steps to get out of this stalemate situation.
1. 1000 CUTS POLICY
Yes we can do it and do it legally. Now that 370 is not in effect then India is unilaterally occupied power and Kashmir is occupied zone and therefore the current LOC is ceasefire line. Now that removing 370 caused all the previous agreement between Pakistan and India ineffective therefore they are not bound to ceasefire because all those mutual agreement of ceasefire are nullified.
So we can pick out 1000 enemy posts and bunkers in IOK and start capturing them slowly no matter how long it takes. It can result in following scenarios
A India declaring war on Pakistan and invade mainland. This is what Pakistan wants India to initiate war in internationally recognized boundry and Pakistan as defender.
B. India will beg to talk and Pakistan aill be in driver seat and set the terms to talk.

2. Kashmir Army officially
Since Azad Kashmir got it's own govt and with removal of 370 Azad Kashmir can lay claim to IOK and build up its own independent army and be in state of war from its formation. It's a perfect legal cover under international law. As soon this army is formed it signs a defence pact act with Pakistan Army.
It will give Pakistan immunity from international laws and instead of Pak vs India it will be India vs Kashmiri army supported by Pakistani army. Its similar to what US did with Taiwan and China situation.

Definitely. Diplomacy is very important, but must go hand in hand with some fireworks. The Kashmiris feel very badly betrayed. Even those Kashmiris that believed siding with India was opportunistic. They feel demoralized and betrayed.

Pakistan should support the Kashmiri cause as it always has. In fact it should now up the ante. India is very vulnerable. They are trying to contain the situation by a lock down, but for how long. This is our window of opportunity. Let's strike with vengeance. If India tries to engage in another kamikaze mission we need to be fully prepared. In other words, the 27th should seem like a walk in the park.

Modi has put Kashmir back on the agenda. We must make most of this opportunity as all is justified.

Yes we can do it and don't legally. Now that 370 is not in effect then India is unilaterally occupied power and Kashmir is occupied zone and therefore the current LOC is ceasefire line. Now that removing 370 caused all the previous agreement between Pakistan and India ineffective therefore they are more bound to ceasefire because all those mutual agreement of ceasefire are nullified.

1. Not practical.

2. 100% agree.

. . .
The locals should attempt to overrun a military base or two. Once they achieve this, drive out the puppet government from their local offices.

After that if they're willing to join Pakistan, call for the Pakistan army to intervene on international forums.

Time to make sure India bleeds, not just inside Kashmir but every major city in India bleeds. We as Muslims can't target civilians unlike our coward neighbor army but we can sure as hell make sure that Police Stations and Para Military and Armed Forces are attacked in every major city of India. Specially in my favorite Mumbai. Also time to make sure that Ajit Doval and Amit Shah and Rajnat Singh are liquidated.

I get what you're saying in point 2. Kashmir can declare that India is occupying IoK after abrogating the original terms of accession and hence part of Kashmir (IoK) is illegally occupied against the will of its inhabitants.

Whatever happens we have to do something militarily and soon.

There is no viable military solution to this issue. NONE.

Unfortunately, it will boil down to military solution after exhausting all diplomatic efforts. Status quo cannot remain for long otherwise these corrupt lot in Pakistan will start targeting military by raising issue of having large military and its budget if status quo is to be accepted. On Indian side, there next move is either scrapping IWT or start their agenda over Azad Kashmir and GB, something their home minister clearly said on the floor of their parliament.

May be what you say will happen. I am willing to bet it will not. Let's see what happens and who urns out to be correct here.

I bet you that Pakistan is attacked by India after a false flag terrorist attack happens inside of India.

May be, but not likely at all IMO. Let us wait and see what actually happens in this matter as it continues to develop.

Not being sentimental here or anything like that, but Indians have burned all their ships and cannot go back even if they want to. (They may play their supreme court as get of jail card if things go extreme south) . Accepting status quo is no option for Pakistan.
