Before the jail sentence police should use their danda on their behind and it should be publicized in the media. It will have more deterrence effect than the jail only.

So, the local company saved some money by not using proper wrenches and not providing washers in between the steel member and nut.

You are correct @bluesky bhai. Usual practice for long term fastener use (that will not get loose) is to use a high grade stainless steel (or hot-dipped zinc coated) nut as well as a spring washer (either curved/split-ring/toothed) - also made of the same material.

This nut and bolt should be tightened instead of Padma Bridge!
