TikToker arrested for unscrewing nuts, bolts of Padma Bridge

. . .
@Belal9 was talking about our great local companies like Abdul Momen. I am sure these nuts and bolts being the non-load bearing type were fixed by a local company.

And you can see they did not fix them with even a powered wrench that produces a certain amount of Torque (kg.cm?), and you guys expect big projects can be awarded to them. They do not know even how to do small things.

These companies speak what is our qualities. Not even after a thousand years they should be awarded big projects.

To all the Bengali brothers on the forum please ignore @Abdul Rehman Majeed, he doesn't represent Pakistan or Pakistanis at large, his exposing himself more Indian the more he posts his nonsense. I believe his main purpose is to sow discontent between our people.. *

Back on topic, we had idiots like these in Pakistan trying to popularize forest fires.. scum like these need to serve heavy jail sentences as they are endangering many lives.. for shameless publicity

I figured as much brother. I saw some of his posts recently like the ones you describe. No matter how much these people try - they can never misle us. They did start in 1952 back in the day and had largely succeeded so far. But no more.

I am amazed these days at the number of bhakts/Pujaris false-flagging in most of Bangladeshi and Pakistani sub-forums. Some are longtime false-flaggers and have started coming out of their false-skin by posting pro-India posts.

All countries are strict regarding what this person has done. In the western world he could be jailed for 10+ years. Its serious offence. Good one for pointing it out.

So this guy knowingly damages public infrastructure and not only that he uploads his video doing that on internet with his face clearly visible, wow tiktok really is making people loose their brain cells.

In Pakistan a woman burnt down a forest for a tiktok video, height of cruelty. In other countries people were making tiktok videos and fell of cliffs as they didn't realise how close they were to the edge. The amount of stupidity on tiktok is making people dumb.

It cannot possibly be so easy to undo these railing nuts.

I think there was a deliberate plan - they carried a wrench with them to the location.

In the first part - the nut was loosened by a hand-wrench of some sort. Probably even a pipe wrench. Then they staged and filmed the second part where he was loosening the nuts by hand.

I remember seeing the workers installing the bolts/nuts for the cast aluminum railing using an automated pneumatic wrench. Those wrenches will torque the nuts up to a certain level and then release and start free-wheeling.

These morons disobeyed the law about stopping on the bridge and alighting from a car.

The bridge rules at the toll booth clearly says that vehicles are not supposed to stop and people aren't supposed to get out of them.

I hope they throw the book at the moron.

obvious you are a talker who has never used a pipe wrench in his life.
A pipe wrench will never fit in the small space available next to the nut. A slide or adjustable spanner has to be used in absence of a proper sized spanner.
Technically in vertical bolting, put the bolt from the top , so if the nut loosens and falls due to vibration , the bolt stays in place and doesn't fall.In the video its the opposite.
pl stick to non technical discussions, more suited to you.
