A normal bear fought off a fully grown Tiger. Very disappointing.

A male lion would have owned that bear with its brute strength.

A lion has a tougher upbringing and must fight from day one.

In a fight. Experience matters as much as Arsenal.

The mane is a defensive armor in a fight.

Overall a lion has Better odds in a fight with a Tiger.

Lion and The Tiger are actuall ydescendants of the same origin and adopted to differnt envirnoment and lifestyle over millions of years but tigers appear more smart to me . Siberian tigers arre huge as well

Bengal Tiger and even tigress can kill large crocodiles. Yet to see a lion do the same.

A black bear was able to fight a Tiger to a stalemate while protecting her cub (documented event). Try this with a Lion and see what happens.

that's a very docile buffalo that got ambushed..

here is a male lion attacking an entire herd of African buffalo head on . (one of the most aggressive animals on earth who kills up 200 humans a year). it is almost suicidal and very rare to see anything attack a buffalo herd thats in a defensive formation and not running away.

a tiger would never do this. also when comparing tigers and lions you have to factor male and female. A male lion is in a completely different class to a female lion. while the difference between male/female tiger is not as significant.

Hyenas are apex predators that are not too afraid to confront female lions if they outnumber them more then 3 to 1. They almost always retreat from healthy males regardless of numbers. lion vs. hyena wars are the greatest show in nature.

Lion and Tigers are closely related as both can mate

Tigers are not afraid of water

African Lions can enter water but are normally more careful around water in Africa since Crocodiles are hiding in water waiting to grab animals into water

Tigers /Lions both rely on grabing the neck of prey and breaking the next , Lions have a Thick Hair around their head , it gives them some protection against enemy Paws or attempt to grab them

Roles in their own Environment

Tigers = Live Along hunt for their own self (Assasins/Killers)

Lions = Live with Group of Female Lions / Cubs , Females do hunting while Male Lion, takes care of Invadors like (Hyena , Wild Dogs , Other Lions) (Body Gurds / Gladiators)



At end of Day Tigers/Lions understand each other but due to their seperate Environmenst they don't come close to each other that often but when they do come near they don't really see much difference

Lions have been stranded in Africa since that continnent got surrounded by water
and Tigers were forced to live in Jungles where they evolved lush green tree environments is their natural habitat
