What does 12th for 2p73 means?

12th dual seater? Shouldnt that be 2p74..

There are 4 different serial numbers:

As @Deino says, they've either re-renumered NAF-702 or additional have been ordered.

I must admit, I have no clue ... from my understanding PAC Kamra is quite busy so a whole additional batch of several more JF-17s for Nigeria are IMO rather unlikely,

Does anyone else know more?

Most likely renumbered 702 to 722. Its happened in the past with PAF aircraft as well, such as the K-3E

Their order predates the dual seat version. I'm sure they will order some in the next batches
