Threat Alert: Islamabad - Credible ⚠️

Credible intelligence coming in that a HVT specifically the Marriott Hotel on Aga Khan Road, Islamabad is at risk of being targeted by a large scale terrorist attack.

The US Embassy along with the UK and EU missions have prohibited their staff from travelling outside of the diplomatic enclave over the Christmas Holiday period as a precaution.

At this time, I think the whole country should be vigilant. There were a couple of small issues in Baluchistan today also. Thank you for posting this. We should all be vigilant and REPORT any suspicious activity to local Rescue numbers and educate others.

Never ignore a strange packed bag or a package in public places, never take away or try to open bags / packages that don't belong to you. Spread this knowledge as much as possible. Ask people around if you see a package / bag that shouldn't be there and call the local Rescue numbers if people around can't explain why an unpacked bag / package magically showed up in a public place. These are precautionary steps that we should all consider during our daily lives.

No expert but I think they TTP, like BLA, will be focusing exclusively on hitting HVT and LEA/SF. not civilians.
They'll want to keep civilian casualties minimum, capitalize on the civilian disdain for authorities rn and try to keep the public as indifferent as possible.
That's why BLA is more popular that TTP was.

Right. These BUTCHERS attack schools (APS attack) and killed children in the past. Our children became the HVT's for these barbaric animals.
