I call those who consider Fox News as an unbiased and reliable information provider as dumb. I don't call Americans dumb. You are doing it by constantly emphasizing how Fox News is number 1 TV channel in US.

First...There is no such thing as an unbiased news source. That is an impossible standard that everyone know no one can meet. So the intellectually dishonest -- like yourself -- always uses it to judge American media.

Second...A biased person can still be fair, which mean to consider all possible viewpoints. For a news organization that tries to be fair despite being biased, it can present to its audience competing politicians and/or opinionated commentators from all sides, and do it consistently.

Third...Why is Fox News consistently number one since the late 90s ? See item two.

Although there are news sources, be it some individuals in social media or up to big media outlets which does show utmost care to reflect things as they actually happened to its audience and avoid showing any bias; but I agree on pretty much every news source have an ideological tendency.

However, Fox News is not only biased but also manipulative, ignorant, hateful, deceptive, unfair and unbalanced unlike its slogan. There are hundreds if not thousands of examples, two of which is in this thread. So I'm amazed at your vainly struggle to defend it. I thought you were a reasonable person with some experience who would actually offer counter arguments rather than getting personal.
