The billboard had the heraldics of the city of Constanta stamped with "under investigation" "DNA (National Directorate for Anticorruption)" in a simbolic gesture of him moaning about the lawsuits against him which apparently stopped investements in the city-kind of a wall of shame.I mean this is the guy that when asked :"All these luxurious transformations of the Mamaia resort and the lack of all inclusive offers won't stop many Romanians from vacationing in here?" ,answered:" I don't want Romanians in here,i want rich Arabs".

Yes,what's wrong with that ? Roma is an invented term.The leaders of the gypsie community in here defended the "gyspie" term as one used by his people forever,saying it's not racist.I'll dig up links if you want.I personally don't like the term "Roma" as it creates confusions.
