They say the market is going to crash end of this year / next year & house prices will drop .

£600,000 is going rate for a small house on the outskirts of London .
I’m looking somewhere if anyone’s interested in selling .

Seen this seems good value and I like it but Milton Keynes is a bit further outta London for me .

I'm looking for an additional investment property myself. However,I would hold off until the markets really start tanking which will be later this year and most of next year, possibly beyond into 2025.

Yes I’ve been told this but others say different ie It won’t crash .
At the moment since October 2021 until now there has been an upward surge in the price of houses especially 3 bed semi detached / detached homes .
Milton Keynes is a good investment with having great transport links to London & has a high number of professional families but I do want to get into London now .
