This Is What Supercontinent Pangea Looks Like Mapped With Modern Borders

. . . . .
When I opened this page I thought it was going to be a serious discussion about geology which I like. But most people are expressing their opinions in the light of their prejudices. I find it a little amusing. I will stick with science. Pangeae existed 250 millions years ago and back then most of Pakistan was in the sea known as Tethys sea. It was silt which created most of the land of Pakistan over a layer of salt which came into being when Tethys sea evaporated.

. .
Homonids only evolved about 14 million year ago, and Homo sapiens, or humans like us, only evolved around 400,000 to 200,000 years ago.
This is conjecture. I do not deny the existence of ape-like creatures in prehistoric times but this doesn't proves that they gave rise to modern humans.

It is possible that modern human beings emerged independently. DNA similarities do not prove common ancestry. For example, DNA of mouse is 92% similar to that of modern human. Similarities in DNA sequences - more appropriately - indicate compositions that determine identical biological functions and forms within biological organisms. Since chimpanzee have more human-like composition then mouse, the former's DNA is also relatively more similar to that of modern human.

Then from where did Homo Sapiens come from? We couldnt have just appeared from nowhere.

A line of development can be easily seen by taking a look at fossils from other hominids.

The silt explains our fertility.

Why not? Do you believe in God?
Please stick to a scientific discussion and not interpretations from an ancient book. Thats simply your own opinion, not a scientific argument

Fossils don't tell us everything.
No they dont tell us everything, but they give us the bigger picture: Anatomy, brain volume, how they lived etc etc etc seriously I could write pages about what fossils tell us!

Those fossils obviously show that there is a line of development. We share the same anatomical structure, the same number of scull bones, the same building plan of our arms and legs etc etc etc

All lies,All bullshit.Earth is just 6000 years old (or is it 10000??).It's just a big conspiracy of a grand scale by the scientist community of all over the world. :sniper:

I will post whatever I feel the need to. I conveyed a point to a fellow Pakistani who might be a believer like me, and may understand my point. You are not being forced to have a conversation with me about this matter.

I am not dismissing the concept of evolution, I am just pointing out that similarities in bones and DNA sequences don't tell us everything.

These connections are "theoretical."

Look at the diversity in modern human forms:

Suppose that we were not humans and found these bones, we might have classified them as different hominids.

This is strictly Christian belief.

This is strictly Christian belief.
All those pictures you posted show taxonomic features which lead us to one species: Homo Sapiens Sapiens. We have certain features which classify us as one species.

Homo erectus

Homo australopithecus (in the middle)

Homo rudolfensis

etc etc

Now you dont need to study human anatomy to understand that those are not from the same species (Why did no one on this planet point out that these might all be humans if your claim was true anyways?)

The structure of the skeleton, body weight, brain volume, height etc etc... non of these aspects point towards a modern human. You might as well take a chimpanzee skeleton and claim it might be a human.

Pakistan has indeed a very diverse geological landscape since the collision of the Indian plate with Eurasia folded up and "mixed through" several different layers of sediments

India`s one is less diverse but much older in comparison (More than billions of years in large areas!)
