Iran is a close friend of India, but that has not prevented its supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, from asking the world's Muslims to support the "struggle" in Kashmir against "Zionist regimes".

In his Haj message to pilgrims earlier this week, Khamenei said, "Today the major duties of the elite of the Islamic Ummah is to provide help to the Palestinian nation and the besieged people of Gaza, to sympathize and provide assistance to the nations of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and Kashmir, to engage in struggle and resistance against the aggressions of the United States and the Zionist regime, to safeguard the solidarity of Muslims and stop tainted hands and mercenary voices that try to damage this unity, to spread awakening and the sense of responsibility and commitment among Muslim youth throughout Islamic communities."

In the 1990s, India had registered its gratitude to Iran for helping it out diplomatically on Kashmir on human rights. But despite it all, Iran continues to play the Kashmir card in the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), as do other Islamic countries even as they privately tell the Indian foreign office that they did not mean it.

Well you dont need to teach us about our treatment towards minorities .After all we have more muslims ,17 crore, in this nation than Iran.They dont have any brother fighting problem like in ME .You also dont need to teach us about the ' approval of western collegeues'.

But we have been already under the sanction of West from 1974.Always followed socialist path after 1947.US send their 7 the fleet against us in 1971.
Israel nation founded in 1948 but our diplomatic relation started only in 1992.Why?We waited for around 4 decades for OIC membership .But none of members including you cared about that.So we started our full fledged relation with Israel.

India dont need others charity for our people .We rejected the Brits ' peanuts' a few years ago Our social welfare program almost touch 100 billion$ in a financial year .
No offense bro .But we dont care what other say about our Kashmir .J&K will remain as an integral part of India.And we use our full might for that .

We have a problem with anyone who acts against our interests - whether that is West or Muslim or Martians.
And we act against those who are against our interests. We will go against West if our interests are threatened, we will go against Muslims (Pakistan or Saudi Arabia) or even Russia if it is required.
